 When you boil it right down, Cochrane Alliance is simply a community of people who are committed to following Jesus Christ. We aren’t perfect, we come from varying backgrounds and histories, but the one thing we do have in common is our desire to nurture a relationship with God. We believe that a faith in Jesus has implications for every single facet of life—from our marriages to our jobs to our leisure and even to the environment. For us, being part of the church is about grasping those implications and then putting them into practice together.
We are also a part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada. Our denomination emphasizes the need for a genuine personal relationship with Christ, a Spirit-filled life and reaching out to a hurting world. |
