GriefShare is a weekly seminar and support group for people experiencing the grief of losing a loved one. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. We’re here to help you rebuild your life.
DATE: Support Group begins on Thursday, September 12 at 7:00pm
and runs for 13 weeks until December 5.
LOCATION: Cochrane Alliance Church, Creekside Room (main floor)
COST: $40 for workbook
Three components to the GriefShare experience
- Video – Encouraging, info-packed videos, featuring leading grief recovery experts.
- Support – Small group discussion about the weekly video content.
- Workbook – Journaling and personal study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics. To be done on your own time and at your own pace.
You are welcome to begin attending at any time. Each session is “self-contained,” so you do not have to attend in sequence. We hope that you will find encouragement and help whenever you begin. You do not need to commit to the full program if you find that it is not a good fit for you.
