We are excited to introduce you to our new Pastor of Worship & Discipleship, Phil Morrow who joined us on April 15, 2024. Here is a message from Phil and his family:

Thank you so much for the warm welcome that you have extended to my family! Kjerstie (pronounced “chairs-tea”),  Lucy, Annabella and I are so excited to be a part of “Cochrane Lions Church”, as my daughter calls it. We can’t wait to get connected!

My heart is for people to “Taste and see that the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8). Through God’s Word, worship, prayer, conversations with others and any other way that Jesus works, I sincerely hope that you may taste and see the goodness of our God. What a beautiful privilege it is to do this together as a community!

I would love to meet you! Please come and say hi when you see me around. You can always ask me about music, my family, the Oilers, smoking meat, or anything else! If you want a passionate debate, tell me you like the Flames, ketchup, or driving in downtown Calgary and I’ll tell you why you’re wrong. ;) 

Praying for you this week and looking forward to becoming more like Jesus with such a beautiful church family!
