Small Group Leader

Serving Opportunity

Discipleship Leader - Discipling 3-5 youth in small group &/or one-on-one settings on a weekly basis. Help to create a healthy and safe community where youth are encouraged to intentionally pursue their relationship with Jesus. Walking alongside students and mentoring them in their spiritual journey. Encouraging & Equipping students to grow in their gifting.

Leadership. Teaching. Strong relational, communication, mentoring and listening skills. Ability to serve indepedently. Attention & care for the individual needs of students.

2-3 hours every week, either in small group or one-on-one mentoring Once per month "Encounter Night" on the last Wednesday of the Month Additional once per month Friday events.

September Orientation - review leader handbook for policy and procedures. Once a semester leader dinners. Leadership Summits. Other outside opportunities as they arise.
