Blaine was blessed to have been born and raised in a Christian family in the Calgary area. He was saved at a young age at home, and baptized as an early teenager. Blaine and Wendy, his wife of 33 years, have three amazing daughters, two wonderful sons-in-law, and a granddaughter and two grandsons that he absolutely treasures! Blaine, Wendy and girls moved to Cochrane in 1995, and have attended Cochrane Alliance Church since 1999. After 22 years in the telecom industry, Blaine changed careers to work with the City of Calgary, and has been working his dream job for over 20 years. Blaine has been involved in many roles of church ministry including youth leader, elder, usher, and small group leader. Blaine also has a big love for missions, participating in seven short term missions trips to Guatemala and Quebec. Blaine enjoys music, travelling with Wendy, ATV’ing, and a good cup of coffee!
